How can we move ahead as a country when everyday citizens insult each others intelligence, call our president "fool" and cry out religious/ethnic insinuations? This is an interesting development. However, criminal charges should include the gun owner for negligence, at the very least.

There's something inherently wrong here. Legislation must be changed to prevent this sort of thing from happening. It just not right.
