Developers should consider the insights and ideas of the residents around. They have to know if their building is affecting them. Good thing the developers in Singapore are not like these guys. Before I managed to own a unit there I made an extensive research and talk to a lot of people knowledgeable of the location.

They are undeniably blessed! Having a nursing home really is a big help to all individuals and in the neighborhood. Imagine how many lives they can help by simply establishing this kind of building. This is kind of thing is definitely a factor most especially when you are planning to buy a new home or looking for a new place to stay. We have to consider a lot of amenities and facilities like hospitals or nursing homes. This are the key points that I did consider before investing on my new home at and I am so happy with my decision.

I think it is much better to relocate on a place where everything is low maintenance. Where the tax and loan sharks can’t find you. Anyway, it thinks 5 years is not that enough to earn money and find a 9 to 5 job? Hope that everything will go smoothly and things will be properly executed. Some of my friends was able to get a house at north park and I think lady luck was on their side. I do hope that I can buy my own house to. But in this stage na ah.

Having more parking spaces near your residences or in the basement of the condo you’re living is extremely important. It means that you do not have to worry about where or what place you are going to park your car. And I do agree with what Kim White said, “I think parking is one of those necessities you have to provide,” After reading this post, I started thinking about the development I am going to buy in Yishun central I do hope that North Park Residences has their own parking space or basements.

What more could you ask for if you are already living on a high end type of condo? Then add up a solar panel thing in the mix! Presto healthy and classy way of living. I do hope that all of the condo developers could think this way, solar panels also helps us to save energy and reduce our electricity bill. I am planning to install this kind once I transfer to my new condo unit at highline residences condo I am just hoping that the home owners association there will allow me. But regardless on that they will say, I think they should regulate that every household should own a solar panel.

Interesting post! I love the part we're memories are mentioned, I also have this tendencies to still keep all of the old appliances because of memories. I really admire how they managed to keep it for a long long time. Yes, new and latest appliances has this new thing to offer like energy saving etc. This kind of thing can really help us and other household to reduce enegry bill. I am planning to list down all the appliances that I might be needed, once I moved in to my newly bought condominium unit at Highline Residences Condo I am also planning to take with my old appliances. Using old appliances brings back memories that you treasure for a long time. I want to remember all the happy times when I am using the old ones so yeah I will take them with me.

This is a very bright ideas by these guys. But staying or renting with a noisy place is a bit unbearable. As a traveler I know the feeling that youw ant to rest and sleep but the other room is to noisy or hearing steps going up and down that stairs is crazy. Anyway, aside from the noise I think the place is awesome especially it is located on a landmark that every tourists will visit. I am also planning to establish this kind of hostel or boutique hotel thing, as of now I am getting my inspiration on Singapore's condominiums style like 70 St Patrick's I do hope that this plan of mine will be properly executed and I can get more ideas that will help me boost and continue this plan.

This is a very nice thing to know, it's good idea to elevate the state of public housing to a more decent one. I do hope that this kind of thing can be implemented to other residential areas and some neighboring countries as well. But I do hope that hey can have some privileges for tenants who lose their job. I think countries like Singapore has kind of housing project and I think it is called hdb and if you will try to look the design, at first glance you will think that this is a condominium. If you will try to look online the difference of hdb and other condominiums you will see that there are no difference. Ahmm yes there is but it's only with the amenities around.

I know this is late in time but I stumbled upon this idea of getting a new office space for rent in Singapore. In my own point of view, this is quite old compared to their units. I bet that the price is very cheap. Having at least 20 employees I was thinking of getting coworking space, which remained in the trend today. This is the sample: Although the amenities are the ones that counted for me since everybody deserves the convinience.

There’s a lot of perks you can experience living in a condo. If you are on the go kind of people living in this kind of home is definitely the best fit. In my own opinion it is more secure living in this kind of place rather than a landed home. You can also do a lot of things with condos, if you don’t to reside in it you can lend it or rent them out to other people. This what investors do in Singapore, they are going to invest on a development mixed or residential and they will convert it to an office space I think this somehow a brilliant idea because of the profit that you can get. Anyway, I would like to thank you for posting this kind of helpful and very informative article. I do apologize if I have to revive this post up. Again, thanks for sharing keep up the good work!
