What a waste of taxpayer funds and a boon to the lawyers and expert witnesses.

Mac, I agree 100%, that said when there is no doubt and the crime is witnessed by others, give the perp a fair trial and if found guilty, move him to the head of the line.

And to think this scumbucket is going to cost taxpayers millions of dollars once convicted and sitting on death row for ten years or longer while filing numerous appeals, makes one question the sanity of our justice system.

The returning soldier soiled his good name by illegally bringing (smuggling)contraband home from a war zone. The AKs don't really bother me too much but hand grenades floating around, a whole other ball game. Excuse me, somebody just yelled, fire in the hole !

The guy should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Saving money at the expense of educating children, real smart!

Good luck improving on that 75% drop out rate.

Basil may not be good public speaker but he probably has as much common sense as Wamp, Ramsey and Haslam combined.

VOTE BASIL

Hopefully before too awful long Wamp will be out of a job. Just hope his former employer fights his unemployment claim. But seriously, this just shows how out of touch and ignorant Zacp Wamp truly is. Shame on you Zack for not doing more to bring jobs to your home state. Guess while you are in DC one tends to forget about the little people. eh ?

Too bad politicians don't give the common voter enough credit to see through this kind of crap. Wamp is behind so he resorts to running his opponent down instead of focusing on the issues that face the state. Zach, you deserve to lose and kudos to Haslam for keeping his campaign above board.

Robin is no doubt an idiot and undeserving of any votes.

Obama, like him or not has some of the best minds advising him on this situation. Politicians are great on Monday morning QBing but rarely have the intestinal fortitude to actually lead by example, instead they criticize from the sidelines in the hopes of getting votes.
