The actions of a few should not condemn the actions of the many. According to people that attended, there were very few people there that forced this fiasco. And the people that went to listen to Mr. Killiam tried to stop them. There is no excuse for what those few did - it is not just wrong, but shameful. One question - what about the OWSbillies that not just shouted down any opposition but destroyed property among other heinous acts? Are you going to denounce them - and for them, it wasn't just a few, but the majority in that case. Would you condemn them for their outrageous statements about Jews - or are Muslims the only protected hate crime religion.
Leaf - The roads were built with taxpayer dollars - that comes from private industry and the people they hire - as well as gas tax. People working pay that.
To the posts above - Answer the real question - why does the city go into business to compete directly against private business with the taxpayers money.
While I like Scott's political views, one can't forget his personal escapades, though it doesn't seem to matter anymore. Weiner is now going to run for Mayor. Our President was part of a Choom Gang. Everyone has foibles. DesJarlais' rise to the level of not qualifying him for elected office.
All groups not treated equally. A very liberal local group that supports this President received their IRS approval in a year or less without the intrusive questions. They applied two years after the Tea Party - and received their approval well before the TP. In addition, it was retroactive - the IRS is not allowing the CTP to be retroactive. I firmly believe this came from the very top. This administration outdoes the Nixon Administration in the cover ups and enemies list. And I'm old enough to remember the Nixon years well.

End gridlock: Sen. Corker has the right spirit
Bipartisanship is not always good. It has put us over 16,000,000,000,000 in debt and forced many bad laws upon Americans.
Right Side Round Table: What should Congress do to improve the farm bill in order to make it more productive for Americans and less burdensome for taxpayers?
