Numbers look like the illness but what is the cause? By finding the cause we find the cure. Tennessee is attractive to people from other states who move here due to lower taxes, which are increasing now. I am told that contractor and state advertisements are ran in major newspapers. After the people relocate here they find that jobs do not pay anywhere close to what they made in the state they were from. Usually this is found out after they buy what is there a cheap property, but here it is expensive and out of their reach. Of course they should do better homework, but these days it would appear that news tells you what they want you to know, how to digest it, and what to make of it.

Then there is the credit card scam. Just today a card company calls my home, even though we are on the do not call list, and says that we have signed up for a credit card. My wife asks me which I say no, then after drilling the crook for some time, finds out that it was a random call. My personal feelings are if credit card companies get burnt, they deserve it. This is nothing less than preditory lending.

With unemployment benefits running out and new cases began, look for the perfect storm to arise. Combined with preditory lending, it brews to the t. Banks when doing a tranasction asking to loan loose money

I do blame the person for getting themselves in over their head, unless of course its medical, other than that, I blame the individual for not learning properly. The largesrt share however goes to the politicians.
