I thank Sheriff Summers, was honest in everyway and because it was an error and Sheriff Phil Summers was mistakenly given a 10 percent longevity increase in 1999 instead of the 5 percent he should have been awarded, then I say, adjust the 10% increase back to 5% and move on. I am sure Sheriff Phil Summers over the 11 years has went beyond the call of duty for Catoosa County.

It is strange how we can get on out knees and ask the good Lord to keep our family safe, and heal our sicknesses, and provide us our daily bread, and with the same mouth and breath teach our children all about Halloween. We dress them up in costumes of horror and go out in the dark yelling trick or treat. We don't stop and ask ourselfs where did Halloween come from and what does it mean. Halloween is the devils night, it is the time he brings God's children to his playground and lets them feed at the devils banquet. Things that has witches, demons, horror, evil spirits, sorcerer's. In the name of Jesus wake up and realize what you are teaching your children.

Being accused of sexually abusing your children is an overwhelming experience and requires full commitment of your resources to fight it. Some changes in the way these cases are handled would go a long way towards reducing the number of false allegations. We need to have all sessions with children videotaped from start to finish whenever the issue of sexual abuse arises and we should remove immunity laws and encourage malpractice lawsuits against the do-gooders who have done bad. All of the people accusing you will claim to do so "in the name of the children and their best interest" and in the name of "doing good." I think Will Rogers said it best when he said, "Dear Lord, protect me from the do-gooders." Trying to "do good" is no good if one is not also looking for the truth

I agree with you jamiedc, I also saw the movie but In America, we are raised and taught to trust in our legal system. We assume that we will not be accused of doing something that we didn’t actually do(falsely accused), and that if that were to happen, that we’re protected by a legal system that works in our favor to protect us from being convicted.

Innocent until proven guilty right? Nothing could be further from the truth

Where is this woman that Tonya was with, when she said she was drugged and woke up in her bed. Was this woman put up to drug Tonya. And because she woke up in this womens bed does not mean she was involved with the women wrongly. It can happen to anyone that is drinking and loss count on how much you are drinking. It happened to someone I use to know. She woke up beside a man and both was fully clothed and didn't know who or remember ever seeing each other. And if this was to be that she went with this women, then why did she tell someone at school about it.
