I knew them both many years ago. He was always a lier and a thief, a drunk and drug addict, contributing to minors, (rumored to even share his willing wife)things like that. If I had to guess before this, I would have said unmedicated bipolar with a few sick fetishes would have been a good discription of who he was. (But I have not seen them in over 15 years, I guess things changed for the worse.)

But I never suspected that someone we hungout with as teenagers, that Chris was capable of doing the horrific things he is accused of lately, he was always odd and had issues, but this stuff is sick? It runs chills down your spine to actually know someone who could do such things.

And the wife, she is no perfect sweet thing herself. Sure she is hurt, and mortified. But I am sure she knows more than what she is saying. I think she is playing the pitty card so that people don't ask, Why were you with this sick man for 20 years. I know she knew he was strange, better than anyone, I'd bet. Why would you stay with someone who took off for days at a time, while you raised his kids? Why would you allow him to take food out of the mouths of your family? Why would you pick him up on the side of the road, when he ran from work detail while in jail? Why would you wait for him while he was in jail, for things you know he actually did? She knew he was bad new, this should not be a surprise to her. Maybe shocking and very hurtful for his young kids and the family.

I do pray for his whole family that God will help them through this. It is a sick and painful thing that they will all suffer through, probably more than him. God bless his parents and his kids. And I also pray for the familys that may have been hurt by this disturbed person.
