It appears that this person was really checked out before she was hired. Wonder how much money has been sunk in this one.

If you cannot say only nice things, just don't say anything. Your username tells all.

If this child, at the age of 4, can drink beer, this is probably not his first experience with the taste.

The story to me seems like something from a Springer episode.

In the mother's interview, when she stated that "a mother can only do the best she can", well what she is doing doesn't seem to be the "best". God entrusted this child to her, she needs to take this as a wake up call and get it together.

Good ole boy politics has to be put to bed before Soddy Daisy will ever reach any degree of being a good place to raise your family. Oh, the ones in power will say the population is booming in the area, it is, but not in the city limits.

In response to the person that posted a comment regarding the Roger Redden incident saying "you don't need to use drugs". You need to get your facts before you blast off your comment.

In response to the Bobby Hargis incident. The Soddy Daisy police never had an issue when, a few years ago, they gave my son a DUI. If called, I would have gone to pick him up instead of what we had to go through after the arrest. But, I can tell you that his time spent in jail saved his life and he is now in heaven.

Jeff Gann is probably one of the finest young men on this police force.

If I still lived in the Soddy Daisy area I would be of the opinion that all commissioners need to resign and all be replaced. As I said, Good Ole Boy politics at work.

This new super should consider giving up some of his outrageous salary. It may not help, but maybe it would humble his idea regarding the "cut, cut, cut", attitude. It irritates me so much for a complete stranger to our area to come in this position, make a larger salary than anyone ever has and then distroy education for our children.
