Greg Vital is not in the "nursing home" business. His company is actually a property management group that owns medical properties. His other company is an assisted living company. The assisted livings he owns in several states do not accept medicare or medicaid. They are all private-pay facilities. I know this for fact.

There has been no "sucking" of medicare funds.
