I'm guessing that one of the best things about being a Democrat cartoonist is being able to draw a picture of a black man lynching himself, and not having a single Democrat cry "racism" because the black man in the cartoon is a Republican.
I remember when Candidate Fleischmann told me that he supported the Fair Tax, and that, if elected he would work to get it implemented.
He still has not signed on a a co-sponsor of the bill (H.R. 25).
This is clearly a shameful effort by the Republican majority in Nashville to disenfranchise deceased voters, and nonresident voters (2 demographics which tend to vote Democratic). How dare they deprive the Democratic party (from which they have just wrested a combination of legislative and executive control for the first time since Reconstruction) of these, their rightful votes?
"Some citizens will be exempt from the new law, including:
absentee voters,
residents of nursing homes or assisted living centers,
people who are hospitalized,
people who have religious objections to being photographed
and those who are unable to pay for photo IDs.
Voters who do not bring photo IDs to the polls may vote with provisional ballots that will be counted once they show IDs at their local election commission offices"
In my opinion, Stanley Cookston is a coward, and has proven that driving a school bus is above his level of competency. I say fire him.
The student who has been raised to punch deaf kids is unfit for life in a polite society, and should be charged with assault, and sent to Taft.
Any D.A. who would prosecute this woman, and/or her son, should be dismissed, and ritual sepuku required of him/her.
Finally, this woman should sue Marion County for all it's worth (sadly, that's only about $12.17).
Good Lord, it's amazing what trash we have driving buses, raising bullies, running schools, and serving as district attorneys.
At gas pump, 2011 was the year of the big squeeze
Remember hearing about George W. Bush allowing gas prices to soar to over $2 a gallon in order to make his oil buddies rich?
Supercommittee
I see Clay drew the left and right arms as equally droopy and useless

U.S. Rep. Chuck Fleischmann would benefit from tax bill

Real vote tampering ahead

The obvious solution is more (and more expensive) public art.
