Atlanta is just trying to sweep it all under the table by claiming the criteria is too difficult. What a crime. The model school district by which all education programs are created to help in the state, is the only district that had to cheat to pass the tests. Looks like the Department of Ed. needs to get out of the rat race to see how good teachers teach and loved students learn. Ringgold, Georgia schools can hold their heads high because no one was flagged for cheating and they all had great scores.
