UTC should be ashamed regarding Bernard Morris. You give someone access to other students' apartments, and you do not do background checks on them? Ever heard of proactive management? In business, they call this "negligent hiring". There must be more to this than what I've read. I'd suggest you do checks NOW on current employees, and include positions like Maintenance..you might be surprised what you find.
