Why are the servants happy? It's going to cost more for the rich guy to provide health care, making it way more appealing to fire the servants all together. And they're servants for a reason. Maybe they didn't pay attention in school and don't have the skill for anything else. Maybe they are so afraid to make their dream job happen a servant is all they can become. As in Aesops Fables, it's not the ants problem to take care of the grasshopper.
