Also, the Fourth Estate for a long time also held a vested interest on towing the party line...so in that respect it is nice to see an effort to get some info to the people that are ignorant. I used to think the ignoratti did not read so much, but based on many of the comments I see on this site, it is clear they read this rag (at least it's cyber edition), so kudos to the few journalists that at least make an effort to dumb it down for them in the hope that maybe one day they get it.

Hopefully before they reproduce....too often.....

Agree w/harrystate, but acknowledge most people are raised by parents that don't teach them very much. And, any competent neurologist not employed in the BS "sports medcine" field with a vested interest would tell people to never play football. Ever. Under any conditions. Unless a fully functional brain was something they no longer needed.

Bread and circuses....its probably better for those that know better to let the idiot masses enjoy their homo-erotic brutality...it may be the only driving force in our economy these daze....

I tried reading it, got about 150 pages in, could not take the stilted language, poor syntax, and self aggrandizement.

She's not a bright woman, barely literate.

Which makes her perfect to represent the people that love her. She shares much with them, including an absolute distortion of reality, lack of cultural education, and complete detachment from the rest of the world in which we live.

I suspect she was rooting for, and probably ironically identified herself with the Pigs when she read Animal Farm...Snowball seems likely.

What a bizarre way to manipulate people's emotions.

Just letting people see each other without these manipulations is a nicer thing to do for children.

This isn't about the kids at all, it's about other people using the kid's emotions for their own agenda, and as such, is somewhat shameful.

"That's how good of a permit it was," he said.

That cannot be determined since no one outside the process really got to see it.

Not a very reflective number, not a very useful one either as nothing concrete can be extrapolated.

The only way to make the number meaningful is to show all homes listed and what shift the Median listing prices came in at as well as looking at the individual homes to see if they were listed lower than they had been valued previously.

Just sayin....
