What I do not understand is all the good old people wanting to pray before a meeting, They use the Constitution trying to tell us if it is wrong or right, Why do we just do what we are told to do by the Bible? If you believe the Bible then you are not doing Gods works by praying in Public but you are a hypocrite Wanting to be noticed by men So to heck with what the Constitution says, it is more important to do what the Bible says.. Then we do not have a problem

Matthew chapter 6, verses 5-6,

"When thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly."

Here we go again Carta getting more tax payers money for something that is totaly useless Carta needs to be investagated for all the grants that they are getting from the Goverment, If we need to cut Goverment spending this would be a good place to start.
