Once again Mr. Skillern has shown his racist side and his utter disddain for most other people. I moved to Chattanooga (16) months ago and have been attending almost every County Commission meeting since moving here. I was at yesterdays meeting and but did not ride the elevator with Mr. Skillern so I did not hear his remarkds but I am not suppised by them becasue of his long history of bigotry and other insenstive comments. Mr. Skillern is a sad and angry man whose time has come to step down. The world is looking at us and your remarks could have a negative impact on our ecomonic development agenda. While he may think his remarks were a joke, I do not. Mr. Skillern, please step down.
