It's hard to believe that this is the only hardship case in the Brainerd HS area, where are those kids, has anyone from SM helped them? If anyone should be upset, it should be Brainerd High School, they lost a good player. The best thing would be for SM to purchase a house in the SM zone and let these player live there until they graduate.
I have few items I would like to bring out. At any time did anyone from SMHS approach this young man and may suggestions on how they could get him into SMHS. What was the main reason for moving from Ga. to TN.? It has been suggested that they moved in to the same residents as one of the players on last year’s team. If so, does that make that player ineligible and those wins be stripped also. TSSAA was put in place to govern over HS and MHS sports; SMHS is trying to read something into to rules to benefit themselves.
