just because republicans control the state doesn't make it conservative. there is little difference between the roos, alrovas, haslams and fleishmans.

what this country needs is the direction and leadership of the Milton freidmans.

what a load of hogwash from you roo, but thats all you ever have. setting aside political ideology is something you, Obama or anyone on the left know anything about. everything is politics with you progressives.

you have refuted nothing, you never do. I believe the commander has called you out numerous times on your sources and your blabbering and you never provide them. I have asked you numerous times to explain how individuals cannot meet the needs of those in poverty but you believe the government can by confiscating dollars from those same individuals to meet the needs and you can't do it. You are moronic and infantile in your thinking and a loud mouth arrogant atheist that worships himself as most progressives do.

i believe you did top that. I believe you would find this is the rule for the progressive not the exception.

on another note looks like the president likes my idea of expanding the earned income tax creit he just wants to fund it differently than I do. he's coming after you s-corp owners.

here's a prime example of someone who wants to provide for the needs of those in poverty with tax dollars but refuses to use his own money. this individual in 2010 gave a meager 1.4% or 5,350 dollars on 379,178 dollars of adjusted gross income. who was it? none other than joe biden. Now does anyone really believe he cares for those in need?

Alright one more time, let me see if I got this right. You say individuals can't meet the needs to combat hunger and poverty but the government can collect taxes from those same individuals and somehow now after adding a middleman they can meet the needs. And you think you're sane.

You're not speaking out against a fascist government, you speak out against individual freedoms. The very government that you support is the one that demeans and punishes those at the bottom. The government you support makes the guy making 10. per hour contribute his tax dollars to support the vw worker making 22. per hour. You, Mr.Bodine and your progressive friends are the rich guy in the story, you have the means to meet many needs yet you don't but that doesn't stop you from taking and demanding of others. Do what you can do then and only then can you PREACH to others about the poor.

I'll continue to beat it until you put your money where your mouth is.

Mr. Bodine,

When Nathan the prophet told King David of a story where a rich man fed a traveler visiting his town with the sheep of the poor man from that same town, god didn't think it was too good. The rich man in his abundance could have provided for the traveler with his own resources but he didn't, he TOOK from the poor man to meet the travelers need. That is you and the epitome of the progressive ideology. You and the roo's and the alprovas on here refuse to meet the needs you see around you but demand others meet it with the assistance of the government and the tax code. You ideology is nothing more than the promoting and robbing of the poor. You are even forcing the poor to provide jobs for those better off them.

why don't you ask yourself, why are you giving the politicians this power with our tax dollars? politicians and these large corporations along with the chamber threaten taxpayers with the help of local media all the time, they threaten they will set up shop else where without our tax dollars. why are you not upset with these threats? this is exactly the reason we don't need to be giving any incentives to anyone.

Gordon, why should taxpayers of lower economic status provide jobs for those who are earning more than them. does that really make sense to you? more good news this morning for VW.

on a different note, sorry about his blood pressure situation hope he can get it under control but I wonder if vw sales and particularly the passat are contributing to mr. harr's blood pressure. don't run off mr. harr you need to stick around and face the music.
