Unless she likes to dine on commemorative Elvis plates, toothwhitening kits, and candy, I can't see how she saves any $40 in true "groceries" from coupons clipped.
Other cities carry real food coupons, the vast majority of items in the TFP coupon section on Sunday are non-food, no nutritional value items. I just pitch 'em.

Please go and tour the Job Corps center in Gadsden, AL as a model for vocational school. Talk to our son who will graduate from there next month with a high school diploma and training in Culinary Arts. He will be able now to get a job that pays higher than minimum wage.
I can't say enough good things about Job Corps...it is one federally funded vocational program that really works. It would be a terrific model to base a vocational school on for Chattanooga. If you are not college bound, not mechanically minded, there are few resources here.
