We know the gun manufacturers will get around any ban on types of firearms by redesigning to sell product and many lawmakers will not have the stomach to take on the NRA. Therefore, let's ban fragmentation ammo sales to everyone except SWAT & military. Since there are tons of fragmentation ammo already out among the public, make it a felony to use fragmentation ammo when used in commision of a crime & a misdomeaner if used in self defense or protection of one's home. I also have yet to hear a good argument in defense of clips of over 10 bullets. Also, lets hear from parents of young people with serious mental health issues about changing laws to protect them & get their children the help they need.
