I whole heartedly agree with the mother being held responsible also....she had to know what her kids were going through and most likely, taking part in it too. What I want to know is, what makes this situation different than when that Sykes or Skiles or whatever that scumbag's name is was arrested for child abuse....why was that mother not charged as well? There is no possible way she didn't know also.
Not to dimiss his wrongdoing but a 15 yr old posts porn on a school website and gets charged with a felony......this scumbag will probably get a slap on the wrist and released way sooner than he ever should...which is never. He'll be released and mommy dearest will probably take him right back if she let him stay in the first place having had to know this was happening. As for the police...all they can do is arrest them, charge them and testify....they can't keep them locked up...that's the judges duty.
One thing is for sure....whether he is punished here or not, he'll have his day before the ultimate Judge someday and will burn in hell for eternity.

The kids do not need to be returned to that house until a complete investigation is done and possible counseling to both the mom (on how to protect your kids) and to those kids.

I agree with you, dude. I would also think, with the mortgage being paid, and receiving the Walmart gift cards, they will have enough monthly to put back to be able to pay the taxes and insurance if they plan ahead and they seem like the type with knowledge to do that.
