mrredskin said: "Former NFL QB that ruined a franchise for the following 5-10 years" - I'm not a TN or Shula fan but I am partial to the skins, but I'd love to hear these facts? How in the world can you make that statement? Sure a bad QB choice (especially early season) can kill a team's current season and maybe the next (and thats a big maybe) but 5-10 years??? come on maaaaaan
Beamis said: "concept is a dated 20th century artifact like the Kiwanis" - As a proud Kiwanis member I'd like to hear your facts on this? I belong to a club in another state so not familiar with local club, but I know for sure we do not receive funds from that city. Does the local club do so?
where's rolando when you need him?
and can anyone seriously take opinion of a someone with a Clockwork Orange avatar?
Chris is the man! He should go pro!
bookie - I'm a UTC fan also, but it ain't gonna happen - show me your proof and we'll talk......
IF they take it away? come on man - do they ever really take anything away? no - they can say all they want on paper but the fact of the matter is if you win the NC at that moment in time you are the best of the best. I'm bias but I'll admit what is father did was awful and there is a special place down south for folks that do that. I was not there during this time (and I imagine you were not either) so I have no idea what truly went down. If you know for sure please enlighten me with a video or audio tape. Cause if we are going to play the "speculate game" then I'd speculate to say that 99.9% of college football teams do something that the NCAA would frown upon. I'm not say its right I'm just saying it happens. College football is BIG FREAKING BUSINESS and it will always will be. When you are talking about the kind of $$$ that is in college football someone will always be trying to get a piece.
WAAAAAAR EAAAAAGLE.....see you in Arizona....
I Love Francis.
agreed whatever - Rolando, I'm not saying the guy is innocent, I just want to see all the evidence before I make my call. As a husband and father I'm going to have some bias towards the guy. If my wife or daughters needed critical medical attention I would do whatever was necessary to see that they got it. But at the same time as a husband/father - my family travels the roads and I don't want a moron running redlights for the wrong reasons. I don't base my thoughts on a newspaper publishes - I want to see all the angles. If my memory serves me right, does this officer not have a "tainted" past? I may be wrong. Also, Don't get me started on the NBPP situation - that was joke and I wish that would've been my polling place......
Rolando - I'm normally a fan of most of your posts but not today. Did you happen to be doing a ride along that day? or where you at the hospital getting a checkup? If not, how can you comment like you were standing outside? 1.5m is just a number folks - as a business owner that has been sued before I can speak from experience. 1-4mil is your normal liability coverage limits and that's where a lot of lawsuits fall. Let it go to court and all the evidence come out before you spew out the "he said she said" crap.
