THE best way to deal with a fundamentally flawed system is to step back and do nothing it will stop it self,Its not about race because you people did it to the white guy before Scales.The only reason you people got Volkswagon and these other companies is because over all,THEY CAN PAY US LESS BECAUSE WE DONT HAVE THE SKILLS OR THE EDUCATIONS,Our best and brightest are not running the city or county or school board,our best and brightest are at private companies,even if we did vote you people out,what do we have to chose from.I say leave the white lady alone and the white bbq guy,even give them a raise,at the end it will sort it self out
Since were lowering our standards for hiring and our years of experence count instead of degrees,and the inner city schools don't matter anyway.Is it possable I can be principal at Orchard Knob Elem,after all I did repeat the fourth grade so that year has to count,I received my G.E.D. in 1996 when i was 16,now im 36.I can save HAMILTON COUNTY over 30,000 a year,Just pay me 20,000 a year thats all I need,My wife does ok at Erlanger,Im on her benifits so thats a plus for Hamilton county,p.s.,I Have friends that have been locked up a few times,since experence counts they have delt with police and the legal system,they can be school resource officers
