Ridgeland High School football coach Mark Mariakis and Walker County Schools Superintendent Damon Raines held a news conference Wednesday responding to allegations by the Freedom From Religion Foundation over coach Mariakis infringing on football players First Amendment rights. Raines said there were a number of "false allegations" and Walker County Schools are urrently crafting a response to the foundation.
