Hamilton County Circuit Court Judge Jeff Hollingsworth ruled to stop the August recall election of Chattanooga Mayor Ron Littlefield on Friday. Following the ruling, Jim Folkner, a member of Citizens to Recall Mayor Littlefield, said the group will likely appeal the decision.
