Chattanooga tries to beat the heat

As the temperature continues to rise, the Chattanooga Salvation Army has reinstituted it's "beat the heat" program, which includes giving away free box fans to those in need and setting up water stations for the homeless. Temperatures are forecast to rise to 100 degrees or higher over the next week.
