Robert “BB” Bryson
Robert Glenn Bryson “BB” went to be with His Lord and Savior on January 26th, 2024. He was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Bryson, son, Ricky Bryson, parents Hoyt and Norma Bryson, sister, Annette Hulgan (Don), brother Mickey Bryson and brother Randall Bryson. He is survived by his grandson, Drew Bryson (Jennifer) and a great granddaughter, Candence Bryson, sisters, Glenda Gregory (Tom), Marie Bryson, of Hixson and Gina Hooker (Mike) of Dayton and many nieces and nephews.
“BB” was choir leader for many years at Hillcrest Baptist and Harmony Baptist churches as well as led many gospel singings in local restaurants and Nappe Apartments for senior citizens. “BB” was LOUD and commanded the room, which was a plus as a choir leader. He was a graduate of Hixson High School and was a band member.
“BB” retired after many years of employment at Dupont in Chattanooga. “BB” loved UT Football and fishing at Chester Frost Park and southern cooking! He will be missed by all who loved him. We will see you soon BB…”know what I mean?”
Visitation will be Thursday February 1st 2024 at Chattanooga Funeral Home North Chapel from 2 - 4 p.m. with service to follow at 4 p.m.
