Late runs provide 4-1 victory for Lookouts

PEARL, Miss. -- The Chattanooga Lookouts scored three runs in the last two innings and beat Mississippi 4-1 in Southern League baseball Friday night.

Lookouts center fielder Trayvon Robinson, who went 3-for-4 and scored on an Eduardo Perez sacrifice fly in the third inning, singled in the eighth inning and had a sac fly of his own for the last run in the ninth. Perez reaching on an error got Dee Gordon home in the eighth, and Ramon Nivar and pinch-hitter Dustin Yount scored in the ninth after doubling and singling, respectively.

Jesus Castillo allowed one run with six strikeouts in six innings for the Lookouts, and James Adkins (1-1) and Jordan Pratt each pitched a one-hit inning before Jon Huber got his sixth save with a 1-2-3 ninth.

Game three of the five-game series is tonight at 8:05 EDT. Timothy Sexton (3-5, 4.22 ERA) is the scheduled starting pitcher for the Lookouts, with Richard Sullivan (1-6, 6.14) listed for the Braves.
