CLEVELAND, Tenn. -- A free community legal forum on family law is scheduled tonight at the Cleveland/Bradley Public Library.
Four local attorneys are set to discuss issues concerning divorce, orders of protection, mediation, marital dissolution agreements, parenting plans, equitable distribution of assets and liabilities, temporary spousal support and types of alimony, child custody and visitation, according to a news release from the Bradley County Bar Association.
"This is your chance to find out what you need to know about family law issues," said attorney Jack Tapper, moderator for the forum.
Atendees will have a chance to ask panel members questions, Tapper said.
Attorneys Phillip Jacobs, Barren Painter and Jerry Hoffer will serve on the panel, he said.
The forum is the first in what is planned to be a quarterly educational series, he said.
