Teens charged in Hamilton home invasion

Two juveniles, a boy and a girl, were arrested today on charges of aggravated robbery and drug possession after a home invasion, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Janice Atkinson said.

She said the residents at 6009 Hillcrest Dr. told deputies two people armed with handguns forced their way into the rear of the house and stole money.

The were driving away when deputies responding to the call spotted a tan Toyota Camry traveling north on state Highway 58 and pulled the car over, Atkinson said. The victims identified the pair and they were taken into custody, she said.
