A Trion, Ga., woman has been charged with 109 criminal charges.

By being charged with five counts of possessions of hydrocodone with intent to distribute.
By being charged with possession and use of drug-related objects.
By being charged with drug distribution.
By being charged with using communication devices to commit a felony.
By being charged with theft.
By being charged with abuse, neglect or exploitation of an elderly or disabled person.
By being charged with unauthorized distribution of a controlled substance through fictitious registration.
By being charged with marijuana possession of less than 10 ounces.
And finally, by being charged with 96 counts of hydrocodone possession.
Julie Amanda Barber was arrested Tuesday at 1:40 p.m. by Chattooga County sheriff's deputies. She is 29 years old. She is being held at the Chattooga County Jail.

Simple answer,she got dropped between the cracks.It goes on everyday and it only gets caught when somebody take the time to look at his/hers rap sheet.
