Willie Pilcher has died of injuries suffered in a hit-and-run incident earlier this week at 2600 Dodson Ave., has died, according to Chattanooga police spokeswoman Sgt. Jerri Weary.
Investigators are still seeking information about the suspect vehicle, a dark-colored minivan, Weary said.
