U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano is expected to visit Ringgold, Ga., on Sunday to meet with local residents and officials and view tornado damage, according to information provided by her office.
The time and location of her visit will be announced when arrangements are final, officials said.
Catoosa is among the area counties declared federal disaster areas after the April 27 tornadoes that killed around 70 people in the tri-state area.
Damage was also heavy in Dade and Walker counties in Georgia, in most Southeast Tennessee counties and in North Alabama.

Someone needs to ask the "Homeland Security Secretary" why does FEMA need 20 phone lines before they can set up do work.... Why would FEMA not have a satilite truck to bounce signals off of a satilite??????? Even our local news channels have satilite trucks... What would we do if the local phone company was destroyed???????????
