Police have arrested Emmett "D-Baby" Jones, 25, in connection with last Friday's death of Reginald Clark, 37, police said.
Chattanooga Police Sgt Jerri Weary said Clark was gunned down outside a nightclub at 1644 Greenwood Drive after he became involved in a dispute with Jones and Roderick "Pooh Pooh" Bates, 24.
Chattanooga Police arrested Jones without incident at an apartment at 601 Washington St. in Rossville after receiving tips about his possible location, police said.
Police are still actively looking for Bates, according to Weary.

One question why in the hell does the TFP have to include nicknames like "D-Baby" & "Pooh Pooh"? This Is supposed to be the news not Jersey Shore you idiots! This isn't even interesting news. Simply state they arrested the sorry individuals that committed these useless crimes. Your propogating the crime like a trend.
I belive this is done becuase many people know them only as their street name. I could do without most of the things that are given attention in the news. Blood and crime sells...add revenue, that is the name of the game.
Why do we waste money locking these parasites up?They come out of prison worse than when they went in.I have an idea,After they are convicted of taking a life,TAKE THEIRS!!!!! After court, take them to a secluded site and shoot them. That would cause alot of these idiots to realize that justice will soon follow
esprit911,
I doubt these morons will ever realize anything. Stupid should hurt!
Poo Poo is a fitting nickname. This one is only about 48 hours out of the trees.
Another parasite on the community. More proof of so-called rehabilitation gone awry. Living without any regard for consequences. Please no more excuses; this is one that deserves the death penalty.
