A former president of Chattanooga-based CTC technology company pleaded guilty Wednesday to having sex with two underage girls.
Greg Austin, 45, pleaded guilty in Hamilton County Criminal Court to two counts of aggravated statutory rape, said prosecutor Neal Pinkston and Austin's attorney Lee Davis.
Austin will receive a two-year sentence, said Pinkston and Davis. Judge Don Poole will determine how Austin serves his sentence at a hearing scheduled for Dec. 12.
Austin also will have to register as a sex offender, Pinkston said.
As the facts were announced in court, Pinkston said, Austin met with two underage girls in April 2010 and had sex with them. One of the girls' mothers found text messages about the relationship and alerted the sheriff's office, he said.
Austin also has been indicted in Catoosa County on a charge of pandering for a person under 18.

What is this world coming to when a grown man can rape two children and walk away from his crime? I read the statement that the rapist made and it was all about him and his family and the pain he has caused them. What about the kids? How could a judge even consider anything but prison in a case like this? Look at this mans actions after he was caught, he repeated this same crime in another State while awaiting this trial.
This is just wrong, the Rapist and the decision of the Judge. I am confident that this rapist will repeat his actions and I pray that I am wrong. If he is not punished for his crime, Judge Don Poole should resign in disgrace.
A white man with money dealing with a politician. A crime against a child, not once, not twice, but three times (that we know about). Heaven have mercy on these souls.
Judge Don Poole and Coach Paterno - both had the chance to get involved and stop a child crime, both made the choice not to do so. One died of guilt, the other got a paycheck.
This world become more disgusting every day…
