One of E. 12th Street double-shooting victims identified

Chattanooga police have identified one of the teen victims in a double shooting at 2200 East 12th St. Thursday night.

Jemichael Jones, 19, was shot in the leg while walking down the street with a 17-year-old, who was shot in the back, police spokesman Master Patrol Officer Nathan Hartwig said.

Jones and the 17-year-old victim each are listed in stable condition, and the investigation is on-going, Hartwig said.
