While searching for drugs Friday in Chattanooga, members of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation stumbled upon a dogfighting ring.

Investigators from TBI were serving a narcotics search warrant at 6302 Talladega Ave. when they found several pit bulls and a fight ring, spokeswoman Kristin Helm wrote in an email. Some of the house’s carpet and paneling is stained with blood.

Helm wrote that McKamey Animal Services is processing the fight scene. Officers have not made an arrest.
