The lowest tax rate states are:
• 1. Wyoming
• 2. South Dakota
• 3. Nevada
• 4. Alaska
• 5. Florida
Tennessee ranked 15th, Alabama ranked 21st and Georgia ranked 32nd in the Business Tax Climate report
