• 1. Verizon Wireless, 5-star rating
• 2. AT&T, 3-star rating
• 3. T-Mobile, 3-star rating
• 4. Sprint Nextel, 2-star rating
Source: J.D. Power 2013 Wireless Performance Study for the Southeast, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. The rankings are based upon consumer ratings in J.D. Power studies. The 11th annual study evaluates wireless customers most recent usage activities in three areas that impact network performance: calling, messaging and data.
