East Ridge police today found a 23-year-old man hiding under a child's bed in a back bedroom of a house at 1618 A Glowmont Drive and charged him with aggravated burglary, possession of schedule VI controlled substance for resale and theft.
Leon Harris of Dogwood Drive in Chattanooga was taken into custody.
His discovery and arrest came after a neighbor had alerted police after having noticed an unknown person had made entry into the residence after breaking out a window.
