March leaves 'Impressions' at River Gallery - March 7-31

An opening reception for the March exhibit, "Impressions," will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 7, at River Gallery, 400 E. Second St. (Snow date is 2-4 p.m. Saturday, March 8.)

This month's featured artists, who will be at the reception, are Mia Merlin of Georgia, Joe Parrott of Tennessee and husband-and-wife Jeff and Yaffa Todd of North Carolina.

"Impressions," which continues through March 31, showcases art inspired by the shift of light and color.

River Gallery is open 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Saturday, 1-5 p.m. Sunday and by appointment. Admission is free.
