Two families today are mourning the two young boys who died after receiving electric shocks while swimming on the Fourth of July at the German Creek Marina dock.

Noah Winstead, 10, died at the scene. His good friend, Nate Lynam, 11, died Thursday when his family opted to take him off of life support at East Tennessee Children's Hospital, according to a media release from Grainger County Sheriff Scott Layel.
