JASPER Cherri Lee Phillips 49, passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2013.She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Francis Whittaker.Those left to cherish her memories are her children, Jason (Natalie) Kowalski, of Harrison, Acacia (Scott) Phillips, of Sequatchie; father of her children, Geane Phillips, of Whitwell; parents, Iola Carson, of Jasper, Robert (Betty) Kowalski, of Carpentersville, Ill.; sisters, Kimberly (Redell) Morgan, of DeKalb, Ill., Sebrina (Shane) Donahue, of Whitwell; best friends, Angela Shell, of Dunlap, Matt Quigley, of Jasper; nieces and nephews, Jennifer Donnell, Anastacia Freese, Jacquelynn Morgan, Dominique Freese, Jared Morgan.Visitation at her truck parked in the Kimball Walmart parking lot until Friday morning.
