Paulean Rector

SOUTH PITTSBURG Mrs. Paulean Haney Rector, 71, died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2011. The daughter of the late Grover Haney Jr. and Nancy Elizabeth Crow Long Haney, she was a lifelong member of Pine Set Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Rector Jr.; grandchildren, John David and Jeffrey D. Gass; great-grandson, Malachi Canada; two sisters, Christine Haney and Wilma Teague; half-brother, Grover Haney.She is survived by her children; Vickie Davenport, of South Pittsburg, Tenn., Patsy Burrow, of New Hope, Ala., Nancy Rector, of Scottsboro, Ala., Donna Robinson, of Gainsville, Ga., Lisa Swift, of Sarasota, Fla., Michael Rector, of Sewanee, Tenn., Tony Rector, of Chattanooga, Tenn.,and Marvin Rector, of South Pittsburg, Tenn.; two sisters, Linda Huddleston, of Decatur, Ala., and Daisy Bruce, of Georgia; 21 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; half-brother, Chris Haney and half-sister, Loretta Haney; several nieces and nephews.Visitation will be today, Jan. 31, 2011, from 5-9 p.m. CDT at Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg. Services will be conducted from the Funeral Home Chapel, Tuesday, Feb. 1, at 11 a.m. CDT with Andy Lockhart and James Helton officiating.
