Junior Stanley

Arthur "Junior" Stanley, 77, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012, in a local hospital.He was a native and resident of Onieda, Tenn., until 1959. Junior was previously a resident of Hixson before moving to Soddy-Daisy. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving from 1955 to 1957. Junior was a founding member of New Life Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marie and Arthur Stanley Sr.Survivors include his wife, Faye Stanley; son, Jeff Stanley, of Sale Creek; daughter, Michelle Walker, of Soddy-Daisy; grandchildren, Cody Walker, Madison Stanley and Tyler Day; sisters, Hilda (R.L.) Forbis, Wanda Leslie, Kathy (Jerry) Lloyd.Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012, in the funeral home chapel with Pastor J.D.
