ROCK SPRING Carolyn M. Jones, 69, passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2013, in a local hospital.Mrs. Jones had spent the greater part of her life in the north Georgia area and was retired from T.J. Maxx following 15 years of service.She enjoyed working in her flower gardens and collecting ceramic roosters. She was of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Jessie Milligan; and brother, Stanley Milligan.Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Mark Jones Jr.; children, Steve, Mark andBrian Jones and Crystal Fulton; grandchildren, Tiffany Campbell, Stephen Jones, Zach Jones, Woody Fulton, Ashley Raines, Cortez Jones, John Bruce and Fran Bruce; great-granddaughters, Hailie Raines and Lilly Campbell; great-grandson, Chase Campbell; 10 brothers and sisters; several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today, April 30, in the South Crest Chapel with Pastor Jonathan Milligan officiating.Entombment will follow in Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park Mausoleum.To share expressions of sympathy, visit her online guestbook at lane-southcrestchapel.com.Arrangements are by the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home & Crematory, at the end of historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
