ROSSVILLE Wilma Bea Thompson Knight, 84, passed away Friday, Feb. 1, 2013 in a local hospital.She was a former supervisor with Millers Department Store and attended Highland Park Baptist Church. She loved gardening, flowers, cooking and was an avid fisherman.She was preceded in death by her husband, William Ray Thompson; daughter, Marcia Gilbert; son, William Robert "Bobby" Thompson; parents, Dolph and Bessie Marie Burns and brother, Gurley "Boots" Burns.Survivors include her husband of 25 years, Ken Knight, children, Wayne (Shelia) Grider, James (Linda Bell) Thompson, 4 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.Condolences can be sent to www.lane-southcrestchapel.comFuneral services will be held on Monday, Feb. 4, at 1 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home with Bro. Jamey Eggert officiating.
