GUILD Mildred Robina Cagle Baggett, 70, passed away, Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013.She was a homemaker.She was preceded in death by her sons, Clarence M. "Mike" and James D. "David" Cagle; parents, George W. and Elsie Bible Havner; siblings, Charles, George "Bud" and Ben Havner, Bertie Long and Sally Poe; former husband, Luther " LC" Cagle.She is survived by her husband, Charles "Dick" Baggett; son, Charles R.
