Geneva Edmond

Geneva "Miss G" Oliver Edmond, 76, of Chattanooga, passed away on Monday, May 27, 2013, at her residence.She was a member of Howard High School class of 1954 and also attended Madame C.J. Walkers Beauty School. She was a member of Westside Baptist Church.She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Edmond; parents, Nancy Lee Oliver and George Albert; and son, Bruce Edmond.Survivors include: children, Alphonzo (Vera) Edmond, Asonia Gail (Charles) Edmond-Harrison, Nanette (Gregory) Cothran, Kenneth Edmond, Charlene Edmond, Audrey Edmond-Cooper; 20 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.Visitation: today from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.Funeral: Saturday at 1 p.m. at Westside Baptist Church with Pastor Timothy Careathers as the eulogist.
