Earl Allen

Earl Allen, 78, of Chattanooga, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 27 2013. A native of LaGrange, Ga., he had lived in Chattanooga for the past 40 years. He was the owner of Allens Stop 'N' Go for 10 years and the owner of A&A Heating and Air for over 20 years. He was of the Baptist faith. He was preceeded in death by his parents, Hubert J and Adell Allen. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Williams Allen and son, Randy Allen, both of Chattanooga; brothers, Carl (Bernice) Allen and Bubba (Tammy) Allen, all of LaGrange, Ga.; sisters, Shirley (Jim) Wagner, of Wetumtka, Ala., and Hilda (Milton) Strickland, of LaGrange, Ga.; special friend, Beth (Brent) McKinney; several nieces and nephews; and many loyal employees and his precious pet. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday Dec. 2, at Restlawn Memory Gardens in Lagrange, Ga., with the Rev. S.T. Janney officiating. Interment will follow.
